We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 48 days annual leave, a discounted on-site gym, and free online qualifications.

About the Role

As a key member of staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and assessment to students on vocational courses from entry level to Level 2. You will also provide excellent support to learners, innovate in your approach, and create a stimulating learning environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students of mixed abilities.
• Monitor and record each step of student progress.
• Plan the curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners.
