Job Title: Process Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Process Quality Assurance Specialist to support the production, quality and technical departments in testing and inspection of Components, Raw materials, manufacturing processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the production, quality and technical departments in testing and inspection of Components, Raw materials, manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Perform process reviews on manufacturing processes
  • Analysis of components and sub-assemblies to Internal and External requirements
  • Perform in-house product testing and random sampling to confirm specifications are correct
  • Working with cleanroom leaders to ensure equipment is checked before and after use
  • Review and update Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other technical/process documentation
  • Assist in problem solving, root cause analysis and risk assessments
  • Getting involved with Non-conformance reports (NCR), Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) activities
  • Occasionally travelling to other Kimal sites and to suppliers
Requirements:
  • Experience in a process engineering, quality engineering, manufacturing engineering or similar role
  • Experience in a manufacturing sector
  • Knowledge of production processes and quality control methods
  • Understanding of industry regulations and standards
  • Experience with product inspections and compliance testing
