Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Reed is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing sales teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Provide timely and accurate administration to support high-profile clients.
  • Handle initial enquiries, manage proposals, and maintain communication with clients.
  • Process new memberships and renewals, ensuring all documentation is correct and timely.
  • Maintain accurate information on all databases and spreadsheets.
  • Organise stands at conferences, including logistics, marketing materials, and payment coordination.
  • Arrange meetings, accommodation, and travel arrangements as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of and compliance with FCA regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of scheme rules, policy wording, and benefits.
  • Ability to apply rules and benefits to daily processing tasks.
