Job Title: IT Systems Analyst - Configuration Expert

Salary: £38,500 - £48,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Remote or onsite with some travel required

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our team as a Configuration Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our business applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

About the Role:

As a Configuration Expert, you will work closely with our development team to ensure that all applications meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our business applications, including ERP and CRM systems, and developing and implementing improvements to business processes using existing IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain business applications, including ERP and CRM systems
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that all applications meet customer and stakeholder requirements
• Develop and implement improvements to business processes using existing IT systems
• Collaborate with end-users to develop requirements for change
• Document and maintain application configurations
• Monitor and analyze application performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Implement application updates, including upgrades, patches, and new releases
• Assist in root cause analysis of application issues and creation of corrective action plans
• Support escalations from the Service Desk
• Ensure compliance with IT Service Management System (ITSMS) and local procedures

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in configuring and maintaining business applications, including ERP and CRM systems
• Strong technical skills, including SQL server and data transformation tools
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
