Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar department, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our members, while ensuring the smooth operational running of the bar.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Opening and closing the bar, ensuring that it is set up and closed accurately and on time.
  • Supporting the Head Bartender in managing day-to-day operations and activities within the bar.
  • Assuming responsibility of the bar when the Head Bartender is unavailable or not on shift.
  • Assisting in the development and support of Junior Bartenders and Barbacks.
  • Acting as a liaison between departments and representative of the Bar Department.
