We are supporting a long-term client seeking to hire a Senior Software Engineer on a full-time, permanent basis with remote working options.

Key responsibilities will include:


* Developing IT solutions that support services and products.


* Building scalable systems and applications.


* Collaborating with the international team to drive collaboration and design sessions.


* Leading on backlog grooming and pair programming.


* Overseeing maintenance and upgrades of existing software applications.


* Providing technical support in all phases of SDLC.


* Troubleshooting issues promptly.

The successful candidate should have:


* Previous experience in a similar role as a Senior Software Engineer.


* Experience developing Java applications.


* Familiarity with AWS Services (S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS).


* Knowledge of Agile working practices.


* Understanding of RESTful services.


* Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts across teams.


* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
