Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Commercial & Technical Account Manager to join our team at Orderly Limited. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for managing and growing major global blue-chip accounts within the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Oversee the management of existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our array of products and services.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet sales targets and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts, while also focusing on reducing carbon footprint within customer operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategic account plans, staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in a similar role, with experience in technical sales (SaaS) within a B2B environment.
  • Skills: Confident verbal and written communication, excellent negotiation skills, commercial acumen, logical thinking, and ability to influence others.
  • Culture Fit: Self-motivated and target-orientated, with a natural drive to succeed and a self-starter attitude.
