Job Title: Advanced Practitioner - LUTC Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team at Loughborough Urgent Treatment Centre (LUTC). As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality patient care, working autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team * Develop and implement care plans, taking into account the individual needs of patients * Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery * Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives * Contribute to the development of policies and procedures Requirements: * Registered Adult Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist with current UK registration * Right to work in the UK * Registered as an independent non-medical prescriber * A minimum of 2 modules at level 7, including assessment of clinical examination skills * Substantial autonomous practice, working in a multi-professional team * Can demonstrate a broad and sound knowledge of complex and common conditions in primary care in both adults and children * Can show evidence of using autonomous physical examination and assessment skills in practice What We Offer: * Competitive salary: £59,226 - £69,066 (Band 8.b0) * Generous annual leave entitlement: Standard 25 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing with service up to 33 days + 8 bank holidays.
