Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the website and its contents to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Monitor sales strategies, KPIs, and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Forecast sales performance to ensure stock availability and make informed business decisions.
  • Identify and create opportunities to increase web traffic and drive sales.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the website are functioning as they should, including payment processing gateways and AI support chatbots.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in one or more European languages.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Experience using digital advertising tools and web development languages.
  • Strong data visualisation and analytical skills.
