Offshore Installation Manager

Our client, a key offshore wind farm developer based in the UK, is seeking an experienced Offshore Installation Manager to join their team.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project, with a strong focus on offshore installation, logistics, and project management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, recommending, and optimising offshore installation concepts and procedures, as well as preparing technical invitation-to-tender documents.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing offshore installation contractors and MWS, including cross-discipline cooperation within the project team.
- Ensuring contractor delivery and own review of method statements and risk assessments.
- Setting up and implementing HAZID/HAZOP for installation design/offshore installation operations.
- Providing progress reports to PM for all managed contracts, including significant technical risks and contingency plans.
- Supervising and approving trailing, tool development, loading, and vessel setup.
- Managing Client's Representatives and QA Daily Progress Report.
- Creating, monitoring, and controlling execution of Design Quality (Reporting) and QAS, aligning input from Supplier quality.
- Management of product NCR.
- Review of method statements from Supplier.
- Review of product and as-built documentation during AP execution phase.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offshore installation, logistics, and project management, with experience working on similar projects.
They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
