About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at WHSmith. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and usage techniques to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Carry out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy and inviting for our customers to shop.
  • Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising, helping customers find what they're looking for easily.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
