About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Pension Administration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing pre-approval documentation, utilizing technology to produce accurate solutions, and working with advisers to gather client information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing comprehensive pre-approval documentation prior to report writing
- Utilizing cutting-edge technology to produce precise and timely suitability reports
- Ensuring all advice documentation meets FCA guidelines and regulations
- Collaborating with the adviser to gather sufficient client information and requirements
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Level 4 Diploma in Pensions or a similar qualification. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, paid on a monthly basis, plus a bonus structure that rewards individual performance. You will also receive hybrid/flexible working arrangements, study support to become chartered, and opportunities for career development and growth within the company.
Location:
The successful candidate will be based in Reading, although we offer flexible working arrangements that allow you to work from home or other locations as needed. This position involves working with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
