Youth Football Trainer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced football coach to deliver engaging football sessions across our girls' pathway.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering informative team coaching sessions, working with a team of experienced coaches to develop the next generation of female footballers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions focusing on fundamental skills, movements and techniques, ensuring fun and engaging practices that promote player development and enjoyment of the game;
  • Manage and coach teams during matches and tournaments, providing equal playing time and experience, and encouraging positive sportsmanship;
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with players, parents and other coaching staff;
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all players during training sessions and matches, adhering to Foundation policies and procedures;
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and player development.
Salary and Benefits

£13.15 - £20.00 per hour, depending on qualification. We offer regular hours to suit your schedule, a minimum London Living Wage salary, training and development opportunities, and the chance to work with the official charity of a Premier League football club.
