ACCA Audit Manager

Andy File Associates Limited is seeking an experienced ACCA Audit Manager to join their dynamic audit team in the Sheffield office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with great communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for audit excellence to contribute to the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain close relationships with the audit partner to ensure seamless delivery of quality service to clients.
- Manage and lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to audit standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.
- Coordinate and supervise audit teams, providing guidance and support to team members throughout the audit process.
- Review audit work, financial statements, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business processes, identify risks, and provide value-added recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and resource on audit-related matters.
- Stay abreast of changes in auditing standards, accounting regulations, and industry developments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of audit methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to the training and development of audit staff, from graduate trainees to managers.
- Assist with business development efforts, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and networking activities to support the continued growth of the practice.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with audit experience.
- Annual salary of GBP45,000 - GBP65,000 depending on experience.
- Remuneration package which includes car allowance and pension in addition to the salary above.
