Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Guardian Homecare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
- Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality care
Requirements
- No prior social care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing situations
