Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at our York dealership. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and delivering a high-quality sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive service to customers, projecting the quality image of the brand and the company.
  • Ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience.
  • Achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets, and activity levels as required for the role.

Candidates must be prepared to work every Saturday and alternate Sundays.

Requirements:
  • Take pride in their ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Be focussed on achieving goals, possessing excellent interpersonal skills, and being recognised as a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
  • Hold a minimum of 12 months of successful track record in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
