The Progress Group is seeking an Educational Support Specialist to join our team, providing academic support and pastoral care to students in their communities. In this role, you will work closely with parents and community organizations to ensure the best possible outcomes for each student.

As a Teaching and Community Liaison, you will engage and inspire young minds, helping them overcome educational challenges and return to formal education. Your caseload will consist of up to five students, requiring strong administrative and organizational skills to manage their needs effectively.

About Our Team: The Progress Group is a national group of 13 independent OFSTED-regulated schools, committed to innovating and influencing others through our six business units. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, professional development opportunities, and a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored academic support and pastoral care to students, manage a caseload of up to five students, work collaboratively with parents and community organizations, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
