We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Technical department in Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful international business, expanding their Technical services.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the Technical department.
- Work closely with the team to deliver business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage live project documents and notifications.
- Produce technical specifications, inspection reports, and guarantees.
- Support team members when required.
- Be flexible to work additional hours when required.
- Maintain high standards of service.
- Ensure accuracy at all times.
- Prioritise workload to meet business demands.
Requirements:

- Excellent organisational abilities.
