Production Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team at CPS Group. As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and manufacture of our medical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and processes.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions to ensure high-quality products.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Strong electronics background and experience in production engineering.
  • Ability to interpret electronic circuit diagrams and electronic component datasheets.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
