Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team at TalentHawk. As a Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that capture the attention of our target audience and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on event marketing, and a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and tracking performance metrics. You will also be required to build strong relationships with internal teams (sales, editorial, product) and external partners to achieve shared goals. Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns for our events, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Digital Marketing: Leverage digital channels (email, social media, website) to promote events and generate buzz.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including email copy, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
  • Event Coordination: Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution and deliver exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimise future strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams (sales, editorial, product) and external partners to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on event marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and CMS systems.
  • A passion for the financial industry.

Salary: £30-£35k per annum.
