Job Overview

The Financial Operations Coordinator role at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is a key position that requires exceptional financial expertise and analytical skills. Main Duties of the Job

As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will meet with budget holders to support the finance business partners and senior analysts in the budgeting, forecasting, and business planning process. You will provide specialist financial expertise and leadership to the business, utilizing intense concentration and sustained mental effort to analyze, understand, retain, and convey complex information.

You will also prioritize and re-prioritize workloads according to stakeholder demands and financial deadlines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial reports and analysis.

Person Specification
  • Part qualified CCAB and CIMA with experience
  • Full accreditation within 12 months of being in post
  • Experience of using General ledger and financial reporting software packages
  • Preparing business cases and cost improvement initiatives
  • Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel
  • Worked with Power BI
