About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Support Team Leader to join our team at Benchmark. As a key member of our Client Support Team, you will play a vital role in providing support to our Financial Planners in all aspects of their advice process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the Treating Customers Fairly principles and deliver your own responsibility for the duty of care to our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support the Client Support Team in their role.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Planning Team to ensure seamless delivery of advice services.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our services remain of the highest quality.
