Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for effective purchased parts planning, communicating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, and identifying potential risks in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for effective purchased parts planning
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues related to shipments or quality concerns
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and implement strategies to mitigate disruptions
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers, focusing on quality, delivery, and cost
  • Regularly evaluate supplier performance through QPF metrics and work to implement improvement plans with suppliers as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of production scheduling experience
  • Proven experience in Automotive purchased parts planning, supplier releasing, supplier performance evaluation, production scheduling, and production follow-up
  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a team environment
