Key Stage 1 and 2 Educator

Teaching Tomorrow Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 and 2 Teacher to join our team of exceptional teaching professionals.
We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced educator to deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum in the Banbury, Bicester and Chipping Norton Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Lessons: Plan and teach lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess Progress: Regularly assess and report on student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages good behaviour.
- Support Students: Identify and support individual student needs to ensure their academic growth.
- Engage Parents: Maintain effective communication with parents about student progress.
- Professional Growth: Participate in professional development and contribute to school activities.
- Safeguarding: Ensure student safety by following safeguarding policies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
