Hl Services (London) Ltd is seeking an experienced Estate Service Team Leader to join our team in East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Line-manage a team of Estate Services Operatives to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
- Carry out operational cleaning duties, including sweeping and washing communal areas, removing litter and detritus, and performing deep cleaning tasks.
- Assist with the collection of bulk refuse and assist with the maintenance of the monitoring and reporting system.
- Liaise with other colleagues across the organisation on all matters relating to the day-to-day running of estate services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Working Hours
This role involves working 7-hour days on a rota basis, between core hours of 8am-6pm, with one weekend in four on a rota basis. Time off in lieu will be provided for weekend work.
