The Master will oversee a team of 70 Fellows, 800 students, and 8,500 Old Members worldwide, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes academic achievement and personal development.

  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, chairing meetings efficiently and promoting a consensus-driven approach within the Fellowship.
  • The Master will have oversight of operational and financial resources, ensuring the College's continued growth and success.
  • They will be responsible for representing the College's interests and promoting its academic pursuits externally.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the academic community, manage operational and financial resources, represent the College externally.

Estimated Salary: £135,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
