About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Post Adoption Support Social Worker or Senior Practitioner to join our team in delivering high-quality family finding services for children with a plan for adoption in London Borough of Redbridge.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the family finding process and providing statutory post adoption support assessments and applications to the Adoption Support Fund for families within the local area.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with colleagues from across the Regional Adoption Agency and access resources and services within Redbridge to support this role.

The post holder will also have the option to job share to ensure continuity for the children we are working with.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in social work practice, particularly in adoption support.

You will also need to demonstrate your ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals, including those from minority ethnic backgrounds and those with disabilities.

In return, Coram offers a competitive salary package, ranging from £38,000 to £46,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
