We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Cheddar Woods Resort & Spa in Axbridge, Somerset.
This is a permanent part-time position, requiring 25-30 hours of work across various days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and taking food and drink orders.
- Assisting with clearing and resetting tables in the restaurant.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Managing accurate and efficient stock rotation.
- Handling cash transactions using the EPOS system.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas to a high standard.
- Assisting with the swift collection of glasses and tableware.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving license and the ability to drive are also required for this position.
