We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Careers Advisor to join our team. As a Careers Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering careers information, advice, and guidance services to residents in ten prisons across Kent, Surrey, and East Sussex.

The purpose of this role is to provide residents with professional and impartial careers information, advice, and guidance, working with them to develop their motivation and work-related skills to enable them to move into employment, education, training, apprenticeship, or volunteering on release.

We are open to applications from qualified advisers, as well as unqualified candidates with relevant experience and transferable skills who are willing to undertake an IAG qualification.

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary of £26,398 to £31,554, depending on experience. The role also comes with a range of benefits, including:
