Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

We are recruiting Senior Care Assistants to join our dedicated team at a care home in Colchester. This is a temp-perm position.

Job Details:

  • Hours: 36-48 hours per week
  • Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts (6-12 hours per shift)
  • Requirements:
    • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
    • Flexibility for both day and night shifts
    • Ideally, a driver due to the location

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Care Assistant in a care home setting. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
