Job Title:

Senior Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead our Engineering Portfolio, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to our project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as overall Engineering lead for the Signaling portfolio, providing Engineering guidance and technology advice to AtkinsRéalis project teams.

Interface with clients to provide support to project development or delivery as required.

Provide support to the Signaling Business Management team, including the Project Directors for project in the Signaling Portfolio.

Interface with the Signaling Business Engineering Director and relevant Practice Directors/Managers to provide early notification of programme / project resource requirements and ensure any resource development or recruitment requirements are coordinated with the overall Signaling business resource strategy.

Provide support to legacy projects to resolve any post commissioning technical or project close-down issues.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Extensive UK signaling/telecoms project engineering experience at Senior Level.

Experience of CEM / CRE responsibilities on Network Rail infrastructure.

Understanding of risk management, CDM and CSM.

Experience of introducing new equipment / systems onto the rail network.
