About the RoleAs a Building Surveyor at Paradigm Housing Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional surveying services to our 16,000+ properties across the South East.
You will work independently and collaboratively with the Surveying Services Team to tackle a diverse range of property challenges, including conducting surveys and inspections (60% of your time), managing investment works, and providing expert advice on structural alterations and property-related disputes.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting property surveys and diagnosing defects, including damp, mould, structural issues, disrepair, and HHSRS/Fitness for Human Habitation assessments.
- Managing investment works, from project inception to completion, including procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
- Supporting Fire Risk Assessments and scoping remedial works, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
