Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver safe and effective nursing care to service users/patients, without direct supervision.
  • To coordinate the care given by colleagues and ensure consistently high standards of practice and clinical excellence.
  • To lead the delivery of comprehensive service user assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of person-centered care in a collaborative way.
  • To work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team and maintain a safe and therapeutic working environment and accurate records.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A valid registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
  • Experience of research-based/reflective practice and the ability to use supervision to reflect on skills, attitude, and knowledge.
  • Knowledge of relevant Professional and Clinical legislation.
  • Able to provide quality care that is responsive to service users' needs, without close supervision.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £17-£25.78 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
