Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Trainer for Mechanical Engineers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate the next generation of engineers, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers.
As a Mechanical Engineering Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to engineering apprentices, working closely with employers and apprentices to monitor progress, and collaborating with the Engineering team to improve and develop training materials.
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong industry experience and a solid level of knowledge in mechanical engineering. You will have completed an apprenticeship of your own and be willing to work towards obtaining a Teaching qualification.
