Recruitment Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Recruitment Co-ordinator for a successful recruitment team. Our client is a leading privately owned recruitment company with a huge turnover, providing temporary staff for well-known names in food and fresh produce, warehousing and distribution, FMCG, retail, airside and home entertainment industry.
You will resource and recruit the temporary workforce for a large food distribution facility, offering warehousing and driving services. Building strong relationships with clients is crucial to understand their needs and provide suitable quality workforce to meet their demands over shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily shift of workers
- Complete return-to-work reports
- Enhance productivity levels
- Liaise with training departments for inductions and training sessions
- Analyse data to prepare management information and KPI reports
- Add workers to internal databases and systems
- Conduct general administrative tasks
- Attend client meetings
Job Requirements:
Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent

Benefits:
In addition to a competitive base salary of approximately £40,000 per annum, you will receive a performance-related bonus of £2,000 annually.
