Electronics Field Service Engineer

Our client, a leading manufacturer of laboratory imaging systems, is seeking a skilled Electronics Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the service team, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and calibration of sophisticated laboratory imaging systems used in pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair of laboratory imaging systems, including installation and calibration
  • Support imaging products located at customer sites
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and product developments

Requirements:

  • Competent background in a customer-facing field service engineering capacity
  • Qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject to a minimum of ONC level
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
