About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Finance Transformation Lead to join our Group Finance Systems team. This role reports to the Finance Systems Director and can be performed on a hybrid basis, with regular visits to our central office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP implementations across the M&C Saatchi group, including:
    • initial demonstrations
    • gathering requirements
    • designing and documenting solutions
    • data migration
    • end user training
    • coordinating user acceptance testing
    • providing Go Live support
  • Manage ERP enhancement projects, including:
    • gathering requirements
    • designing and documenting solutions
    • end user training
    • coordinating user acceptance testing
    • providing Go Live support
  • Acting as a subject matter expert to assist the Support resolve issues and queries
  • Additional administrator of Adaptive Insights

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of delivering change to Finance stakeholders. This should cover both the implementation of new processes and systems, as well as the improvement of existing processes and systems use through simplification and standardisation.

You'll bring with you (experience and qualifications):

Required experience for this role:

  • Minimum of 3 years NetSuite consulting / implementation experience
  • Experience using NetSuite in a similar sized, multi-currency, multi-country and highly customised instance
  • Detailed knowledge of NetSuite core Finance and Projects functionality
  • Solid accounting knowledge and experience – from core accounting to best-practice business processes
  • Experience of improving and simplifying the use of NetSuite post-implementation, including the removal of customisations and increasing the use of standard functionality

Desirable experience:

  • Knowledge of Adaptive Planning Consolidation module and/or other consolidation packages
  • NetSuite certifications a plus
  • Accounting qualification a plus
  • Previous experience in a Finance role
