**Job Title:** Trainer (Beauty Therapist) Part Time

**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team as a Trainer and Sales Specialist. As a key member of our Studio team, you will be responsible for delivering facial workouts, promoting our services and retail offerings, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To deliver all workouts in line with FaceGym Workout protocols.
  • Selling the brand's unique offerings, Workouts, and homecare products within the Studio and when promoting the brand front of house.
  • Maintaining an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint of the customer journey.
  • Meeting retail and service individual targets and KPIs.
  • Ensuring workstations are clean, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary products and tools/equipment required to carry out the full range of Workouts and necessary tasks.
  • Building and constantly updating knowledge on skincare, products, and workouts.
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with all the team, Studio Manager, and FaceGym management.

**Requirements:** NVQ 3 Beauty therapy qualification or equivalent, hands-on experience with customers, previous experience working within beauty, retail, and spa, exceptional customer service skills, and a team player with inspirational social skills.
