We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Arbuthnot Latham as an Asset Alliance Group representative. This two-year apprenticeship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercial vehicle, bus, coach, and general asset finance sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building a breadth of experience through on-the-job learning, including business analysis, process design, system enhancements, system support, maintenance, testing, project management, and governance.
- Taking part in a structured training program, covering technical industry knowledge, professional, and soft skills.
- Developing strong numerical skills, data analysis, problem-solving, analytical skills, and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be granted a Level 3 external qualification and equipped with the skills necessary to excel in your career.
