As a Children's Home Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Leading a team of staff in providing high-quality care and support to our young residents
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment within the home
• Promoting the well-being of our residents through direct therapeutic work and engagement activities
• Collaborating with our designated Psychologist and community resources to develop and implement effective care plans
• Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the home
• Engaging with our residents, families, and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and promote our services
• Staying up-to-date with best practices in residential childcare, attending training and professional development opportunities as needed
• Supporting the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members to ensure continuity and excellence in care provision
• Participating in quality assurance processes, including monitoring and evaluation of our services and implementation of improvements as necessary
