We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to lead our team of property condition surveyors. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a critical role in delivering surveys and collecting data related to property condition and energy. You will also be responsible for managing and setting objectives for the team, identifying and effectively managing day-to-day risks, and budget administration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent knowledge and understanding of building surveying. You should hold qualifications in property surveying RICS, CIOB, CABE or equivalent, or be willing to work towards professional qualification. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety legislation in relation to management of housing and the construction industry including CDM. A strong track record of line management or coaching is also essential.

**What We Offer:**

This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary range of £48,685 - £54,094. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
