Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled nurse leader to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our mental health team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred assessment and intervention services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Team leadership: Recognise and utilise the strengths of your team members, maintaining morale and motivation while developing them to meet service needs and individual career goals.
  • Workforce planning: Collaborate with senior colleagues to recruit, retain, and develop the nursing team, ensuring student nurses receive good quality training experiences.
  • Clinical governance: Set clinical standards and plan how they will be achieved, monitoring compliance using data from various sources and contributing to achieving CQC standards.
  • Clinical assessment and intervention: Offer short-term, evidence-based interventions to service users.
