About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at SPAR Tottington. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective store operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize costs
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including customer service, health and safety, and food and hygiene
  • Manage staff effectively, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Ensure legal compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Supervisory or managerial experience in a retail environment
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a flexible approach to working hours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
