Responsibilities- Assist residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Recognize and respond to clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infection.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to best practice guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and family members.
- Experience is not required, as we offer a thorough induction and training program.
- The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home.
- An efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
A competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
