Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Resourcebank Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced and qualified mobile plant fitter/engineer to join their team in servicing heavy plant equipment in the Lincoln area.

The Role:
  • Service, repair, and overhaul heavy mobile plant machinery.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and perform maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance and repair objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and recommend repairs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in mobile plant maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mobile plant maintenance and repair.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
