Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team in the speciality of Diabetes. The successful candidate will have existing post-registration experience and a passion for developing their skills in this rewarding field.

The role involves providing dietetic care to Diabetes patients in the outpatient setting, working across multiple sites in Gwent. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive multidisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

As a Dietitian in this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing personalized care plans, and providing education and support to help them manage their Diabetes. You will also have the opportunity to work with a team of 30+ dietitians across various specialities, including Nutrition Support, Gastroenterology, Stroke, and Oncology.
