Job Title: Registered Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential service in Barton-upon-humber and ensuring that individuals gain more independence in their daily lives and have positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s)
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments
  • Recruit and induct new colleagues
  • Complete supervisions/appraisals
  • Complete medication competencies and medication audits
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings
  • Complete quarterly audits and reports
  • Effectively manage the services P&L
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration
  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours
