Behavioural Specialist Assistant

We are looking for a Behavioural Specialist Assistant to join our team in Richmond, helping students build positive behaviours in a structured learning environment.
Responsibilities:- SUPPORT students in developing healthy relationships with peers and teachers.
- DELIVER effective one-to-one and group interventions to promote students' emotional wellbeing.
- ASSIST teachers in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- MAINTAIN accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback.
- COMMUNICATE effectively with teachers, school leaders, and parents to ensure seamless collaboration.
- A degree in Psychology or a related field with a minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised UK university.
- Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and staff.
- A competitive daily rate of £98-£103 on a permanent PAYE contract.
- Ongoing training and mentoring to enhance your skills in behaviour management and student support.
