About Our Team

We are a successful social landlord employing over 100 ambitious, committed people, responsible for managing more than 4,000 homes across South Devon.

We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and as one of our Senior Community Enforcement Advisors, you will be central to everything we do.

Your Responsibilities

  • To ensure that our Community Housing Officers and Independence and Wellbeing Advisers implement the Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Policy and Procedure consistently and appropriately.
  • To review cases, provide advice on complex cases, and take the lead on multi-agency liaison.
  • To prepare cases for court and liaise with our legal specialists and partner agencies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, procedure, and best practice, as well as a minimum of two years experience in housing management and/or managing ASB.

You will also need awareness of welfare benefits and experience of supporting residents with mental health illnesses.
