We are seeking a highly skilled Master Mixologist to lead our restaurant's bar team as our new Bar Manager.

As the captain of our ship, you will be responsible for managing stock counts, ordering supplies, overseeing line cleans, and handling all the usual Bar Manager responsibilities.

Our ideal candidate is adept at multitasking, team management, and keeping a cool head under pressure. You should be able to bring an infectious energy to our bar and get the party started.

In return for your hard work, you will receive:

  • Salary up £30,000 plus a share of tronc up to £4000
  • Complimentary meal every month for you and one to enjoy at any Elle R Leisure restaurant or bar
  • 50% discount at all of Elle R Leisure restaurant & bars
  • Regular staff parties so you can unwind
